  • Manage implementation of engineering works project management and documents resource planning control  
  • Generate and tracking all engineering document and other related standard/procedure.
  • Responsible for Design & Estimate Mechanical and Electrical for construction of new buildings and renovation.
  • Planning and setup details of MEP Work following the MEP Master Schedule.
  • Closely monitor and supervise basis on the M&E activities e.g. Work Schedule, Contractor Control. As well as define, identify and inspect on each accomplishment work function
  • Act as an engineer (as PM role) to support and coordinate all engineering projects across local plants.
  • Manage and coordinate with project stakeholders in providing technical information, giving advice, and suggestion as engineering expertise for cross-functional engineering projects.
  • Participate in conceptual development of capital projects and development of technical / engineering design proposals
  • Participate in the meeting with others from all concern group (Architect, Structural, MEP Design, MEP Engineering, Construction Team of each project) co-recommend, co- suggest for the appropriate solution through all work activities
  • Process all purchase orders to ensure capturing of real savings from construction budget.
  • Responsible for Monitor and follow up the progress of the construction field and the construction schedule as planned and prepared S-CURVE to monitor the progress of the S-CURVE works
  • Responsible for transfer the knowledge to maintenance team for professional instruction after project complete and refreshment for training.
  • Responsible for providing sufficient operation maintenance manual and as-built drawing to support maintenance effectiveness.
  • Set quality standards for project delivery and the official handover
  • Set buildings commissioning plan and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to applicable engineering and safety standards & requirements
  • Oversee improvement and cost saving opportunities
  • Record project issues and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement for future projects

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Energy engineering or science.
  • 5 – 10-year experiences in Mechanical Design Engineering, Electrical Engineering, M&E in Construction Project.
  • Sanitation engineer or management or related field. 
  • Experiences in project management and renovation works.
  • Knowledge of electrical system management and improvement
  • Experience using CAD software.
  • Positive thinking and proactive 
  • Drive the solution to most complex business problems 
  • Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
  • Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity. 
  • Inspirational leader, practices genuine humility, and places the team above their own interests.
