KEY OBJECTIVES:
o    Being in-house application developer of Scheduling to support scheduling operation
•    Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to  develop and update scheduling in-house software to meet business requirement.
•    Design and implement software solutions with scalability and performance in mind, ensuring that applications can handle growth and deliver optimal user experiences.
•    Performing gap analysis to identify in-house software performance enhancements, identify alternative solutions, and assist with modifications.
•    Incorporate security best practices into software development, identifying and addressing potential security vulnerabilities.
•    Ensure client or end-user satisfaction by delivering software that meets or exceeds expectations and provides value.
o    Being Scheduling data analytics to develop report and dashboard to support scheduling for effective decision making
•    Support data driven operations and enable users (deliver data) to analyze data trends, generate reports, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making processes.
•    Support strategic planning by providing executives and decision-makers with the necessary information to align business strategies with organizational goals.
•    Understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

 

 KEY DUTIES:
o   Develop in-house application, organize development timeline by
•    Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on technical specifications and requirements.
•    Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
•    Monitoring the performance of software applications.
•    Conducting quality assurance to ensure that software meets guidelines.
•    Collecting and reviewing team feedback to enhance user experience.
o    Develop data analytics report and dashboard
•    Integrate data from various sources to create a unified and comprehensive view of the organization's information.
•    Developing and managing business intelligence report for Scheduling team
•    Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommended technical operation tools and report solution through office application to improve process and performance including evaluate the effectiveness of accepted options.
•    Delivering interactive presentations and generating reports for efficient data dissemination to a diverse audience
•    Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and developing tools and report to support company’s KPIs, Strategics and Strategic initiative
•    Empower and support non-technical users to generate their reports, data analysis and visualization independently..
•    Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data by implementing data quality measures and governance policies.

Qualification
•    3 years in Production Planning especially in area of production scheduling or capacity planning
•    Familiar with manufacturing environment and planning production of fast changing products and product mix.
•    Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting relevant data
•    Experience with data visualization tools and understanding of effective dashboard design principles
•    Programming languages and script language such as VBA, Python
•    Understanding of database management systems
•    Familiarity with ETL tools
•    Experience in version control systems
