Supervisor, Drop Planning (BB)

• Monitor, Coordinate & Communicate drop collections since DFM, Sell-in order process and monitor campaign order process to ensure drop collections deliver on time.
• Collect and follow up implementation result of each process; including providing information and communicating progressive of new drop for making sure that all concerned are follow the plan.
• Conduct meeting, coordinate and inform all related departments about new drop status since preparation phase, development phase, to ensure all processes are followed the plan and be delivered on time.
• Support schedule plan in testing phase
• Support schedule and follow up 3d cast and PM from PD to ensure PM Dup release on plan.
• Follow up PM Dup testing plan to ensure can be delivery as new product timeline.
• Work with PD to get more 3D cast for support extra PM Dup requested.
• Manage to ensure stock cast part and Finish goods.
• Control stock PM no missing.
We love that you are...
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in planning engineering or relating field.
• Experience in Jewellery or gemstones Manufacturing is a plus.
Understand the industry environments and the factors that can affect to company goals, then applies industrial knowledge on planning and decision-making.
• Be active in new drop collections issue and risk management process by judging and identify which issues or risk should be escalated and concerned to other departments.
• Be the center of communication channels on both internal and external parties for providing any related information to support team to be achieved with timeline
• Communication skills in English of good
