The Creative Supervisor is responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of visual content (event, video, graphic), ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic goals. This role bridges creative vision with business objectives, elevating brand storytelling through high-quality design, visuals, and innovative content. The Creative Supervisor mentors the creative team, fosters an inspiring design culture, and ensures consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key accountabilities: 
Creative Strategy & Direction
•    Define and uphold the visual identity and branding across all creative outputs, including but not limited to, videos, graphics, social media content. 
•    Develop compelling creative concepts that align with the company’s brand and messaging for both offline (event, townhall) and online platforms. 
•    Ensure consistency in branding and storytelling across platforms (print, digital, video, social media, internal comms, etc.).

Innovation & Trend Awareness
•    Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
•    Introduce fresh, innovative approaches to branding, storytelling, and visual design.
•    Experiment with new formats, styles, and mediums to enhance brand engagement.

Brand Guardianship
•    Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and reinforce the company’s identity.
•    Maintain a high standard of design and visual excellence across all materials.

Project Management & Execution
•    Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
•    Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and communication teams to support business objectives.

Qualifications: 

•    8+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative leadership roles.
•    Proven track record of leading high-impact branding and design projects.
•    Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
•    Deep understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and design principles.
•    Experience managing creative teams, fostering collaboration, and providing mentorship.
•    Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with creative execution when needed.
•    Strong project management and multitasking skills.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
