Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Execute sourcing strategies, negotiate costs, and support category management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure high standards and compliance.
- Analyze risks, costs, pricing, and market trends to optimize product categories.
- Partner with quality and materials management teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to standards.
- Standardize operational data analytics for effective category strategy management.
- Support category management in R code, vendor master, trade agreements, and contract coverage.
- Manage and file essential documents like contracts, NDAs, and supplier qualifications.
Compliance & Governance
- Implement purchasing policies and processes to meet objectives and compliance.
- Conduct supplier assessments for qualification and performance evaluation.
- Draft contracts using master templates and collaborate with Legal for deviations.
- Ensure contract compliance and governance across sourcing activities.
Cost Management
- Negotiate competitive cost structures and credit terms to achieve budget goals.
Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
- Collaborate with the Responsible Sourcing team on initiatives ensuring supplier compliance and sustainability.
Stakeholder Management
- Align procurement strategies with business goals and facilitate seamless processes with internal stakeholders.
Financial Budget & Control
- Execute departmental budget goals, assess ongoing performance, and contribute to strategic objectives.
Changing the Business
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply resilience.
- Support carbon emission programs to meet sustainability commitments.

- Experienced in procurement, with 3+ years in the field or a relevant function.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex projects and timelines.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledgeable about sourcing, compliance, and sustainable procurement practices.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for creating analyses and reports.
- Communicative in English, with strong analytical and digitalization skills.
