Supervisor, Category Management Contract Manufacturing

This role will manage and monitoring on floating price for contract manufacturing items related to order placement to Contract Manufacturing suppliers and Continuous price competitiveness improvement by tender bidding. With key responsiblitlies as follow:

•    Collaborate with internal stakeholder to understand the demand of OEM/ODM products.
•    Identify appropriate tool and technique for competitive bidding and negotiation. 
•    Drive sourcing process, including tender bidding, analysis and awarding process
•    Support in identifying and driving cost savings initiatives and other improvement opportunities.
•    Support and drive supplier evaluations.
•    Conduct market and industry analysis, cost benchmarks and other analysis required to support strategy of contract manufacturing.
•    Contract execution support.
•    Support in master data management and uploading information into A/X system.
•    Engage with Spend Analytic to conduct risk, cost-scenarios, pricing analysis and Market Intelligent update & trends all categories, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence.
•    Drive efforts through spend Analytic to recommend, initiate and implement cost-improvement measures based-on analysis, share and collaborate with SCM Excellence.
•    Develop report and live procurement dashboard with KPI to monitor strategic plan and operation are executed according to timeline.
•    Coordinate with different stakeholders from related functions.
•    Develop, propose and monitor budget for procurement.

 

Professional qualifications and Personal Competencies

- Bachalor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Business administration, marketing or related.

- At least 2-4 years of experience of related areas

- Experience in Procurement, Category Management, Sourcing or Purchasing
- Experience in Data Analytic/ Business Analyst
- Experience in Reporting, Presentation
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- BI experience – MS Power BI will be a plus
- Good English communication and self-confident
- Ability to work under pressure, follow through and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, in teams, and across departments
- Positive attitude, Strong problem-solving and multitasks
