Supervisor, CI Engineer (AAA)
Responsibilities;
Strategic results: Understanding and received policies from management to comply with the strategy to deliver key functional objectives in alignment
Best-in-class manufacturing: Received polices to continue producing best-in-class jewelry and implement best practices to ensure consistency across production units.
Customer centricity: Support manager and deliver the best of PANDORA, innovate & adopt new manufacturing techniques and stay true to design objectives.
Financial results: Ensure low production cost, on-time delivery, and high production quality.
Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take responsibility and ensure effective collaboration with all functions.
Key accountabilities
- Create and Execution project to deliver Plant/Company KPI ( Productivity , Cost ,Quality, FROT , Lead time)
- New initiative process / Tooling for deliver Plant /company KPI
- Coordinate with key person of each section to participate and support project activities
- Project management and budget control of each project
- Interpersonal skill set to coordinate with many types of people to achieve target
- Monitor and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability
- Work with vendors and internal resources to determine product specifications and arranges for purchase and installation of equipment, materials or parts for new products
- Investigate, recommend and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiencies
- Create and sustain the optimize layout and workflow for expand capacity/ capability
- Perform 6-sigma project.
- Work with team to do process FMEA.
- Work with team to enhance current process capability.
- Create and define new worling procedure, key process control.
Qualifications;
- Able work well under high pressure within limited timeline
- At least 2-3 Year experience in Process Engineer. Continuous Improvement or related field.
- Project management and Budget control
- Good problem solving, analytical thinking, systemic thinking.
- Good collaboration and communication skill
- Good English communication and writing
- Flexible schedule that would include weekends as of the critical situation of production conditions or as required by circumstance
