Staff, Product Standard & Lesson Learned

Responsibilities: to full loop Product technical STD & Lesson learned

• Gathering and analyze the over change improvement data and solution to create STD & Lesson learned to prevent recurrent issue
• support Co-create new lesson learned and Standard  with PD Engineering and product prototyping team activity 
• Lesson learned & STD monitoring log sheet update 
• Review & refresh lesson learned and STD
• Ensure standard & lesson learned is implement in new product development cycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering fields, Science or related field
• At least 3 years experiences in new product development/Program or Project management/Process development engineer
• At least 3 years experiences in Automotive, Electronic, and Jewelry industry are preferred
• Have knowledge in product development, process improvement in industrial is must have background in Jewelry industry will be advantage
• Good understanding of ISO/TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/IEC17025, OHSAS18001, Core tools of ISO/TS16949 (APQP, FMEA, MAS, SPC and PPAP) etc.
• Good leadership and management skills
• Good understanding Testing method/Apparatus/Criteria.
• Good computer skill to Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Microsoft power point, PLM
• Good communication both Thai and English.
