Key accountabilities:

1. Produce PM in goldsmith function

2. Operate process to follow safety standard and process standard seriously .

3. Find out the solution of shop floor issue with team leader together

4. Control PM quality meet on control points and PM shop floor standard

5. Control lead time of PM process within target

6. Clean working station to comply with safety standards and shop floor cleanliness conditions

7. Inform an officer, supervisor or above level when you find a working station, working condition or near miss incidents that do not comply with safety standards.

8. Fully support all tasks and assignments from team leader or manager

1. Prefer high craftsmanship skill or knowledge in Jewelry product and make product master.

2. Creative thinking of new ways of working.
