Key objectives:
•    Perform daily operational and administrative tasks across the Innovation Team.
•    Ensure smooth coordination of meetings, document management, and system entries.
•    Provide logistical and communication support to the Innovation team.

 

Key duties:
1.    Administrative 
•    Organize team calendars, workshop schedules, and internal meetings.
•    Support documentation for NDAs, contracts, and internal reports.
2.    Data & System Entry
•    Input and update project and partner data into internal systems/platforms.
•    Assist in preparing slide decks, reports, and records.
3.    Event & Communication Support
•    Coordinate logistics for innovation workshops, summits, or partner visits.
•    Assist in crafting email communications or internal announcements.
4.    File & Document Management
•    Maintain shared folders, naming protocols, and access rights for key documents.
•    Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of innovation files.

 

Qualifications

•    Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business adminsistration or relevant field

•    1+ years of experience in administrative or operations role
•    Strong organizational & multitasking skills
•    Proficient in MS office,
•    Good interpersonal and Communication, both written & Verbal
