  • Manage and facilitate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments and employee relocations both domestically and internationally – as well as coordinate with globally selected vendors for immigration and relocation services.
  • Support business needs and organizational growth by overseeing logistics, managing immigration requirements, providing relocation support, and ensuring compliance with local laws and tax regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as processing invoice payments, managing reimbursement expenses, registering vendors and maintaining accurate documentation and tracking records.
  • Optimizing mobility processes by improving cost management and aligning policies with global standards.
  • Ensure seamless and efficient mobility experience for employees while aligning with company objectives and delivering a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the global vendors and Pandora global mobility team in HQ for the process of global mobility assignments, including relocation, immigration, taxation, and compliances.
  • Coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for all types of international assignments, as well as local employment (relocation) for employees and their family members (if required), including handling supporting documentation and compliance checks.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on global mobility policies, processes, and requirements by organizing induction sessions as part of onboarding program. 
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with globally selected vendors for immigration and relocation services.
  • Maintain and track all records or reports in accordance with immigration regulations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR OPS, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of all types of assignments and relocations, including compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration service providers, and tax consultants.
  • Assist employees with Thai annual personal income tax filing and provide consultation related with Thai personal income tax (or tax simulation if required).
  • Capable of effectively handling additional assigned tasks as required.

 

We love that you are…

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in global mobility, relocation and transfer services, or expatriate management in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Immigration regulations; visa and work permit and tax code
  • Familiarity with managing vendors, external stakeholders and government agencies.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in managing mobility tasks and improvements.
  • Accountability and ownership in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills to engage with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills to address complex global mobility challenges
  • High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure compliance and efficiency in processes. 
  • Strong service orientation with a focus on providing a positive employee experience
