Responsibilities;

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Reporting to the TA Manager/Director this role will support the end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates via multiple recruitment channels, acting an an ambassador for Pandora’s new Employee Value Proposition “Craft the Incredible” and overseeing a smooth onboarding and candidate experience from beginning to end (in coordination with HRBPs).
     

KEY DUTIES:

  • Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including posting jobs to social media channels, website, job boards etc; scheduling interviews and online assessments, screening candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates for hiring managers and supporting interviewing activities as required.
  • Execute sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media channels to build a qualified and high quality candidate pipeline (talent pools by role/department).
  • Lead university career fair activities with support from TA Officers.
  • Ensure all talent acquisition processes are in alignment with policies and procedures.
  • Analyse and present data to evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of the talent acquisition process to supply the Hiring Manager with suitable high quality candidates.
  • Prepare offer of employement recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.
     

Qualifications;

  • Minimum bachelor's, ideally a Master’s degree, in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisation Design, Business Administration or related field,
  • Background in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, FMCG, Manufacturing would be an advantage from an international company,
  • Must Speak Thai and English,
  • Be Digitally savvy and Change agent,
  • Preferred Recruitment agency and In-house MNC experience,
  • Trust and integrity with good emotional intelligence,
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional manner,
  • Good English communication (written, spoken & comprehension) and self-confident,
  • Comfortable presenting to groups of employees or briefing vendors in English,
  • Influencing and analytical skills (Power BI and Advanced Excel, Able to confidently build pivot tables and slice/dice data downloaded from HRIS),
  • Prior experience of working with Success Factors would be an advantage,
  • Must have strong direct recruitment skills, able to conduct BOLEAN searches, build talent pipelines for specific roles,
  • Must be able to screen candidates thoroughly before presenting to stakeholders. Prior experience of using AI in recruitment would be an advantage,
  • Good understanding of employer branding and the role that TA and Social Media channels play in this,
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience of managing early career university roadshows/career fairs,
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with successful track record
  • Good computer skill to MS Office, MS Teams, Success Factors (desirable).
