We love that you will…
- Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including posting jobs to social media channels, website, job boards etc; scheduling interviews and online assessments, screening candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates for hiring managers and supporting interviewing activities as required.
- Execute sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media channels to build a qualified and high-quality candidate pipeline (talent pools by role/department).
- Lead university career fair activities with support from TA Officers.
- Ensure all talent acquisition processes are in alignment with policies and procedures.
- Analyse and present data to evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of the talent acquisition process to supply the Hiring Manager with suitable high-quality candidates.
- Prepare offer of employment recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.

- Bachelor's degree, ideally a master's degree, in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of work experience in recruiting IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain positions
- Must speak Thai and English.
- Digitally savvy and a change agent.
- Preferred experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house MNCs.
- Trustworthy and emotionally intelligent.
- Confident in challenging the status quo professionally.
- Strong English communication skills (written, spoken, and comprehension) with self-confidence.
- Comfortable presenting to groups of employees and briefing vendors in English.
- Strong influencing and analytical skills.
- Prior experience working with SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
- Must have strong direct recruitment skills, able to conduct Boolean searches and build talent pipelines for specific roles.
- Must be able to thoroughly screen candidates before presenting them to stakeholders.
- Good understanding of employer branding and the role of TA and social media channels in it.
- Experience managing early-career university roadshows/career fairs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and SuccessFactors (desirable).
