KEY OBJECTIVES:

Reporting to the TA Manager/Director, you'll be at the forefront of the Talent Acquisition process, orchestrating a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and championing our unique EVP.

KEY DUTIES:

Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs, creating personalized recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.

Sourcing Excellence: Utilize your creativity and resourcefulness to identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels. Whether it's crafting compelling job descriptions or tapping into your network, your sourcing game is on point.

Interview: Coordinate and conduct interviews that go beyond the resume, assessing cultural fit and potential for growth within our organization.

Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate feels valued and supported throughout the recruitment process. From the first interaction to the final offer, you'll be the guide creating a memorable journey.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to optimize and refine our recruitment processes. Your analytical mindset will help us continually improve and adapt to the ever-evolving talent landscape.

Brand Ambassador: Be the face of Pandora, both internally and externally. Attend events, network, and represent us with pride, showcasing why we are the employer of choice

Qualifications;

Educated to Bachelor Degree Level
3 to 5 years+ Recruitment Agency / In House Talent Acquisition
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
Be Digitally savvy and Change agent
Trust and integrity with good emotional intelligence
Confidence to challenge the status quo in a professional manner,
Good understanding of employer branding and the role that TA and Social Media channels play in this,
Strong stakeholder management skills with successful track record
