KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Responsible for effectively planning, implementing, and monitoring talent management assuring frameworks, tools, and activities align with HR and organization’s strategies and drive talent engagement and retention
  • Provide advice to the management regarding performance, organizational and leadership on talent development matters.


KEY DUTIES:

  • Implement and ensure process for identify highly capable leader and developing development plans and replacement plans for important positions in the organization
  • Coordinate with HRBP to align and support talent development, succession planning process and the annual Talent Reviews.
  • Identify high capable leader & Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs including supporting the overall development of people capability across the organization.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in Talent Management, performance management and people development to help guide teams and line function toward high impact solutions and support Annual Talent Review cycle, developmental assessments, succession planning, IDP, performance cycle
  • Planning activities, organize meeting with leaders and employees to discuss career development and/or providing assessment results
  • Partner with other HR to design, develop, and oversee the company’s talent management processes to ensure that talent management is integrated throughout the company and other HR initiative (e.g. retention strategies, sourcing strategies)
  • Support and implement development activities by partnership with stakeholder such as HRBP, Functional or Business leaders to provide talent with the necessary visibility executive exposure to develop & execute strategic solution address talent pipeline or/and career path
  • Review, analyze and provide data of development progress and results to provide recommendations to build up talent capability and program optimization
  • Prepare retention programs for organization’s talent pool, ensuring sustainability in order to avoid the costs of recruiting and on-boarding external hires into critical leadership roles
  • Perform related to learning and talent initiatives as assigned
  • Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Center and learning intervention activities
  • Executive exposure to develop & execute strategic solution address talent pipeline or/and career path
  • Review, analyze and provide development data of progress and results to provide recommendations to build up talent capability and program optimization
  • Design and execute communication and change management plans to support the implementation and sustainability of potential talent development programs
  • Perform related to learning & development and talent/succession initiatives as assigned
  • Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Center and learning intervention activities.

 

 

 

Educational background

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent, Succession management, Career development roadmap and performance management program.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Talent and succession planning concepts and practices.
  • Manage company-wide talent and succession planning activities
  • Provide guidance to leaders, employees, and HRBPs related to career paths, career planning and development and succession planning
  • Have consult and coaching skill
  • Facilitation and presentation skill 
  • Communicate effectively both Thai and English. 
  • Have good interpersonal skill and strong stakeholder management and Collaborative.
