Specialist, Supplier Quality Control at Pandora Crafting & Supply.

  • Establish, plan and execute all strategic initiative within SQ team to be successful within time frame.
  • Standardization of documents to improve quality of report and presentation etc.
  • Standardization and centralization of consumption material.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities to improve inbound inspection capacity and productivity.
  • Initiate new capability or innovation or technic to support and improve inspection capability.
  • Monitoring and following up supplier to answer and action containment as due time.
  • Monitoring and following up SQC team to action on outflow defect as due time.
  • Inbound inspection auditing to ensure team working as standard.
  • Improvement and monitor the environment of the safe working place.
  • Working with supervisor to ensure Supplier Quality Control team be trained regularly and appropriately.
  • Plan, implement and improve 5S activities.
  • Problem analysis, Preventive and corrective actions implementation
  • Department Dashboard
  • Any assignment from Management.
 
We love that you are…
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience on material incoming inspection process or quality control process
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, quality management, drawing, specification, and standardization
  • Problem analysis experiences
  • Familiar with Statistical and analytic tool (Lean, Six Sigma etc)
  • Logical thinking, Strategic Thinking and systematic thinking
  • Understands technical inspects of spare parts, raw material, etc.
  • Knowledge of ISO standard
  • Understanding of quality standards required in the Jewellery industry
  • Strong and detailed technical knowledge in Product Development process
  • Familiar with AQL, LAR, Gage R&R, Process capability study and problem analysis tool (5-why etc.)
  • MS offices, Power BI, PowerApps, Automate, Statistic tool etc.
  • Good English communication both writing and speaking
  • Communication and presentation skill

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a Production Excellence team and report to the Supervisor, Alternative Manufacturing Process Engineer (Lamphun), who also oversees overall production machines.
