Strategy   

  • Supervise Supplier Sustainability Audit strategy to ensure alignment with Pandora’s environmental and social responsibility goals.
  • Implement robust audit policies, procedures, and KPIs to ensure suppliers consistently meet Pandora’s sustainability standards, and 100% recycled silver and gold
  • Monitor global regulatory trends and international standards to proactively adapt supplier compliance frameworks, including FSC standard and recycled material traceability.

 

Operational Excellence

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute supplier audits in accordance with company requirements and sustainability standards.
  • Verify suppliers’ recycled material traceability to ensure responsible sourcing practices.
  • Ensure and monitor suppliers’ compliance with FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification requirements, maintaining integrity of certified material flows.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAP/CAPA) to address audit findings and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support transparency and audit readiness.

 

Collaboration 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure escalation of supplier sustainability issues impacting to business are resolved in timely manner.
  • Work closely with suppliers to build capacity and drive improvements in social compliance, ethical practices, and sustainability performance.

 

People

  • Foster a culture of accountability and ethical responsibility across the quality and supply chain.
  • Support team members in developing expertise in supplier audits, compliance verification, and sustainability practices

 

We love that you are… 

  • Education BG : Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management 
  • Professional experiences : Minimum 3-5 years experience in supplier development/quality management role.
  • Ability to align supplier audit strategies with organizational sustainability and compliance goals.
  • Strong capability to evaluate audit findings, identify risks, and propose effective corrective actions
  • Flexibility to respond to evolving regulatory requirements and sustainability trends.
  • Proactive approach to resolving compliance issues and implementing preventive measures.
  • Ability to remain effective and positive when facing challenges, uncertainty, or organizational change
  • Computer skills  : Proficiency in MS office.
  • Language Skills:  Good English, communication and self-confident.
