Expertise & Technical Guidance
- Provide deep domain expertise to support business and technical decision-making.
- Offer insights into best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of technical solutions, policies, and strategies.
- Validate and approve designs, procedures, and project deliverables related to their area of expertise.
Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains base on expert area.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend innovative solutions.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation for teams.
- Mentor and coach employees to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.
- Create knowledge bases, guidelines, and best practice documents.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions across departments.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, product teams, and leadership to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable insights.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, technical reviews, and strategy discussions.
5. Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project failures.
- Assist in audits, quality checks, and process standardization.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership, engineering management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in managing technical teams, tooling, and project execution.
- Experience in developing and implementing technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains base on expert area.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and process improvements.
