Data Analysis Deployment:

  • Provide input of standard time to stakeholder for the initiative to drive production cost down and productivity improvement.
  • Works with other STD time team members and management to set, monitor, evaluate and analysis standard time and other relevant manufacturing parameters.
  • Supports Senior Manager, Standard time to set standard time strategic roadmap, KPI targets and drive standard time improvement activities
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain accurate time-related data for projects and operational activities.
  • Utilize analytical tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on time utilization, project timelines, and other relevant metrics.
  • Generate insightful reports on time-related metrics, presenting findings to management and provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis
  • Maintain organized records of time-related information and documentation.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for time management processes.

Product and Process Development;

  • Evaluate existing time management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate the workflow among team members to optimize resource utilization and meet project timelines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes.

Governance Standard time Management:

  • Ensure consistency of standard time across production units to industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to time management.
  • Ensure standard time activities/BAU compliance across all production units.
  • Centralizes standard time and relevant information to oversees work quality and verifies satisfactory meeting of standard time BAU
  • Perform regular audits to verify compliance and implement corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Connects with standard time key stakeholders (e.g. Plant level PEx, Production, GBU, etc.) and develops strong relationships to encourage standard time standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and team members to gather and verify relevant time data.
  • Facilitate communication channels to ensure accurate information flow.

Technology Utilization:

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in time management.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance accuracy and streamline processes.
  • Data Governance
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of time-related data.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to team members on time tracking systems and data entry procedures.
  • Address inquiries and provide guidance to ensure consistent and accurate data input.
  • Supports Senior Manager, Standard time for an ad hoc standard time and relevant activities.

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Process, Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering management or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of Industrial Engineering at the manufacturing factory
  • Preferable work experience in time predetermines process and manufacturing process improvement
  • Good computer Skills ie Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Preferred Competencies:
    • Communication and coordinating: Clearly demonstrate the activities and able to combine & link them to multi-task. Supervisor, Standard Time should also have ability to interlink his/her activities with team and follow up on her plans in an efficient manner
    • Organizational: Able to prioritize the task based on the impacts to business and team's time accordingly and refocus attention on occasion
    • Problem-solving abilities: Able to gauge different solutions to the problems, then provide effective decision-making process where necessary
    • Reporting: Turn out information that supports good decision-making, capture important lessons learned and be able to monitoring, evaluation, learning, and sharing the reports within team.
