Specialist, Shipment Plan (AAA)

Key accountabilities:

• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency in operations.
• Provide weekly shipment plan, highlighting critical items and expedite items to relevant stakeholders (e.g. Scheduling, Logistics& Warehouse (Import/Export), Production, Manufacturing Quality Control (MQC), etc) for supporting Product availability.
• Execute finished goods stock allocation to each DCs according to guideline from Global supply chain and order management team.
• Ensure that shipments are delivered on time according to customer expectations and agreements.
• Analyze and provide insights into any potential delays and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify proactive solutions, minimizing the impact on shipment schedule.
• Regularly monitor and report on Share KPI and shipment performance including any potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify improvement initiatives for shipment management and work towards standardizing processes across all sites.
• Monitor own performance, address gaps and improvement opportunities; prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports, share and collaborate with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualification : 

• More than 2 years in Supply Chain, warehouse, planning field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
• Experience in ERP System (AX,SAP, etc)
