- Implement initiatives and projects within the Security Strategy in alignment with the Global Security Team.
- Address day-to-day security matters at the Distribution Center, focusing on occupational health and safety.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external security companies and guards.
- Design and implement a suite of standards, policies, and procedures to protect colleagues, assets, premises, and the supply chain.
- Identify non-compliant behaviors and take appropriate actions.
- Serve as a key contact and provide support during incidents and disaster recovery efforts.
- Conduct loss prevention investigations to support on-site profit protection.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and benchmarks, highlighting new risks and proposing initiatives to ensure Pandora remains protected.
- Assess the physical security posture and health and safety setup, developing strategies to prioritize and implement necessary improvements.
- Achieve the policy objectives and goals of quality management, work environment, occupational health and safety management, or other systems adopted by the company, such as ISO and OHSAS.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the VP.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Experience in Physical Security or Loss Prevention within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of security standards such as SBD.
- Excited to work cross-functionally in a complex international environment.
- Solution-focused with a proven ability to solve problems.
- Highly analytical, capable of producing detailed, clear, and concise reports.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines to achieve optimal business results.
- Fluent in Thai
- Proficient in English.
