Management Standard
- Review and control all SHE Documents before registration to comply with laws, ISO and customer requirements.
- Check and edit documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Control the flow of internal documents and external documents of the department.
- Set standards, training, follow up and final review hazard identification and risk assessment for ISO 45001 and Identification of environmental aspect and risk assessment for ISO 14001.
- Perform, follow up and monitor for SHE mandatory and functional training including RA & EA Online training.
- Conduct Risk and Opportunities in Context of Organization for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Determine external and internal audit Management systems of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Disney ILS, HIGG FEM, etc.; set schedule, coordinate, support and issue CAR to all relevant until completed certify.
- Follow up and update progress of SHE CAR status.
- Execute ISO internal auditor follows ISO checklist and ensure the organization follows and maintains all ISO documents.
- Identify training needs and requirements of the job and positions.
Compliance
- Execute periodical assessment of applicable laws for reporting to management.
- Evaluate and summarize in SHE law compliance for monitoring, tracking and maintaining execution in place.
- Set Training Schedule Management and implement training programs for all relevant.
- Prepare, coordinate and training facilitate comprehensive of SHEMS e.g.; Safety Mandatory training such as Safety officer for supervisor, Safety training for management, Basic firefighting, ISO Training, etc.
- Keep tracking of training records for mandatory as SHEMS required.
- Monitor and update training progress to comply with SHEMS training plan.
- Perform Environment, Occupational Health and Safety external and internal training for all relevant.
Operate and Execute:
- Support documents and all evidence to Safety Team for reporting to government agencies.
- Follow-up SHE budget for Training Budget.
- Perform SHEMS Activity arrangement and coordination.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
- Perform SHE Day and SHE Workshop arrangement and coordination.
- Continuous improvement on SHE communication content and channels via online, onsite, virtual exhibition, radio, videos, posters for effectiveness, etc.
- Support annual SHE Cultural Survey, SHE maturity.
- Execute Continuous improvement to Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety Management system.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environment, Occupational, Health and Safety (Safety engineer /Environment engineer) or related field.
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity

You will be part of a team of 8 people and report to Senior Manager, Local Facilities Services (AAA) who also oversee 37 people.
