Job Description

Initiate new tooling support process for new product development.

Initiate new inspection tooling in term of quality inspection, PM inspection, material inspection.

Collaborate with prototype sample making at Front end, finishing process ,Master maker process and PEx team for collect tooling requirement.and using CNC machine for create prototype tooling
-
Tooling validation and collection result from prototype sample making at Front end, finishing process and Master maker process to ensure tooling efficiency

Provide the most efficient optimize prototype tooling / prototype concept /Project to relevant team (Sample line, Prepro, Quality) to reduce complex process, increase productivity and ensure product quality.
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specializing in Machine Design, Manufacturing Technology, or a closely related field.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine engineering, design, and manufacturing.

Proficiency with CNC machines in a manufacturing setting, including experience in creating programming instructions for these machines.

Skilled in using AutoCAD and Rhino3D software for model design and technical drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and skilled in report generation.

Strong coordination and collaboration abilities, with an ownership mindset and experience in project management.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to approach complex engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
