Specialist, Product Compliance & Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• จัดเตรียมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพด้านคุณภาพขององค์กรผ่านระบบบฐานข้อมูลกลางเพื่อนำเสนอและสะท้อนประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงที่มีอยู่
• Preparing and analyze a bulk of data that related organization’s performance indicators through the central database system. In order to present and reflect the efficiency of current improvement activities.
• ติดตามและทวนสอบความถูกต้องและแก้ไขข้อมูลก่อนทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่แม่นยำที่สุด
• Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of data and adjust if required before go analysis process to get a maximum accuracy result.
• พัฒนาและสร้างฐานข้อมูลอย่างง่ายเพื่อทำให้การรวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและทันต่อความต้องการของผู้บริหาร
• Develop and create an instant data base to support better and quicker analysis and ensure that ready to support management requirement.
• วิเคราะห์และจัดทำข้อมูลประจำวันเพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการผลิตให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและตามเวลาที่กำหนด
• Analysis and prepare daily report to support quality activities to develop quality of product and sustain an effective manufacturing processes follow specific requirement and specific standard.
• ดูแลติดตามเอกสารการแจ้งเตือนการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพระหว่างหน่วยงานพร้อมทั้งควบคุมระยะเวลาในการตอบกลับตามข้อกำหนดในระเบียบปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานประกันคุณภาพ
• Supervision and follow up quality alert document between departments where are issued by team and control period of feedback following quality operation procedure.
• ติดตามและทำให้ข้อมูลเวลามาตราฐานให้เป็นปัจจุบันและพร้อมสำหรับใช้งานเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ปรับปรุงด้านการเพิ่มผลผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• Monitoring and manage inspection standard time and ensure all data is up to date and ready to support any activities to increase productivity of manufacturing.
• การใช้โปรแกรมฐานข้อมูลส่วนกลางที่มีฟังชันการใช้งานที่ซับซ้อน
• Usage of complexity function of central database system.
• หลักการและทักษะวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำตามที่คาดหวัง
• Methodology of Analysis skill to ensure that result is accuracy as expected.
• การเรียนรู้ข้อจำกัดในการคำนวณข้อมูลแต่ละแบบเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ต้องการ
• Learning the limit of calculation method in various patterns to get expected result at the end.
• การเรียนรู้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ความซับซ้อน
• Learning how to play round with complex database.
• การติดตามข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานที่หลากหลายเพื่อบันทึกและจัดเก็บเพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการวิเคราะห์และสรุปข้อมูลประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์
• Follow update data and significant information from the cross functional teams and store as the database. In order to quicker analysis.

Qualifications

• ปริญญาตรี หรือ สูงกว่า
• Bachelor or higher
• วิทยาศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Science or any related field
• ทำงานเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• At least a year experience that related data analysis and reporting

• สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
• Problem solving skill.
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้รวดเร็วทันเวลาและกำหนดแนวทางป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
• Problems can be resolved timely and determined prevent repeated problems.
• มีทักษะและไหวพริบในการตรวจติดตามคุณภาพ
• Skill and resourcefulness for follow-up quality issue.
• มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ทั้งที่เป็นผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือบุคคลในหน่วยงานอื่น
