Specialist, Process Engineer FN (AAA)

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in production management, combined with deep expertise in enhancing processes and optimizing chemical material properties. In this critical role, you will drive improvements in production operations while upholding the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes. You could be our next Specialist, Process Engineer FN (AAA).

- To identify and implement improvements, provide support to maintain quality control after innovation technology implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate the overall efficiency and quality of the jewelry production line.
- To contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing workflows and uphold the company's commitment to deliver exceptional, meticulously crafted jewelry pieces to our customer.
- To contribute to the creation of a streamlined, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing process that meets the company's production objectives while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
- To responsibility will be to investigate issues related to machinery, identify the root cause of problems, develop and implement effective solutions, and ensure consistent process control within the manufacturing environment.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a R&D, production improvements role, preferably in a manufacturing environment with a focus on chemicals and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using production management and analysis software.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
