Specialist, Process Engineer FE (BB)
Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing production processes to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, ensuring long-term solutions and safe manufacturing systems.

Develop and design efficient and effective manufacturing processes that meet product specifications and quality standards.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and consistent product quality.

Identify and resolve issues related to the manufacturing process (including RCI/RMA) through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies to enhance process efficiency and integrate innovative solutions—such as automation—into existing processes where applicable.

Maintain quality controls to ensure precision and efficiency when introducing new technologies or innovations in the production process.

Collaborate with materials specialists to evaluate, select, and test materials used in jewelry production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Support special projects, including working with vendors and internal teams to develop cost-effective solutions for new supply materials, second-source materials, and equipment prior to implementation.

Proactively identify improvement areas and develop strategies for continuous enhancement in productivity, lead time, FROT, cost reduction, and waste minimization.

Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in process engineering to strengthen production performance.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing improvement, or production system optimization, preferably in the jewelry, electronics, or precision manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.

Hands-on experience with process design, automation, and efficiency improvement tools.

Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other engineering software is an advantage.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
