Specialist, Pre-Production Launch Planning

Main purpose of the role:

• Performing Pre-Production Launch Planning by plan, track and execute the activities to ensure Pre-Production Phase run smoothly and on time. 

• Creating report/ Dash board that represent Pre-production performation. Monitoring/ focusing and analysis on development cost. 

• Controling the Pre-Production material readiness to support testing phase on time.

• Key duties: 

• Being a part of team member to ensure on-time delivery of pre-production samples and seamless handover of 'mass production-ready' process to Production 

• Mainly supporting Pre-production team to order material for SOVD Phase. 

• Developing/ monitoring Pre-production testing capacity of each local sites to align with drop collection outlook 

• Creating report/ Dashboard that represent Pre-production performation. 

Monitoring/ focusing and analysis on development cost. 

• Creating feedback forums and platform for Pre-Production in-house and OEM to summarize the plant skill and factory profile. 

• Gathering and monitor E2E Pre-Production Capacity to ensure the workload of overall plants are in normal situation and foresee the risk assessment.
