Then you might be our next Specialist, Physical & Material Analysis Lab.

- Lead improvement projects, investigate issues to final resolution, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop new techniques and machinery to support closed-loop projects.
- Manage laboratory processes to verify product and material compliance.
- Deliver quality issue reports on time by managing team KPIs.
- Independently perform mechanical and material testing (UTM, Torque, Rubbing, SEM/EDX, OM, XRF, Hardness, Colorimetric, and Cross Sectioning) for material, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and priority schedules.
- Maintain environmental conditions, cleanliness, and equipment calibration in the testing area.
- Ensure test equipment is well-maintained and calibrated according to schedule.
- Execute and comply with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Mentor the team in machine and tooling design while simulating and solving issues, coordinating closely with the tooling team.
- Lead business case proposals and present them to committees.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Material Engineering, Material Science, Applied Physics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in R&D, mechanical lab testing, and failure analysis.
- Expertise in operating mechanical testing and material analysis equipment, including:
- UTM, Torque, Rubbing, Cross Sectioning, Micro Hardness, Ultra-scan VIS, SEM/EDX, and XRF.
- FTIR experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of testing methods and equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 17025.
- Ability to design experiments and control testing parameters effectively.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- Proactive, reasonable, and a strong team player.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

You will be part of a team of tooling improvement and report to the Senior Manager, Production Excellence Head, who also oversees overall plant processes and improvement.
