Product Master Creation:

• Collaborate with team to optimize PM for manufacturing efficiency. /ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ PM เพื่อประสิทธิภาพการผลิต

• Provide expertise in PM by propose technical guidance, solution and troubleshoot issue. /ให้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน PM โดยเสนอคำแนะนำด้านเทคนิค แนวทางแก้ไข และการแก้ไขปัญหา

• Collaborate with team to understand requirements, assessments and recommend improvement and prevention. /ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนด การประเมิน และแนะนำการปรับปรุงและการป้องกัน

• Continuous Improvement by take lesson learn history. /การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องจากประสบการณ์ที่ผ่านมา

Product Master Improvement

• Verify processes to comply with safety standards and ISO standards. / ทวนสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับมาตราฐานความปลอดภัยและชีวอนามัย และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO

• Advise technical information and share expertise of cleaning and repairing skill to production team to increase their capability to produce product master by themselves. / ให้คำแนะนำและแชร์ความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านเทคนิคการผลิตตัวต้นแบบในมุมทักษะการล้างทำความสะอาดและซ่อมแซมให้กับทางฝ่ายผลิต เพื่อช่วยให้ศักยภาพในการผลิตตัวต้นแบบของฝ่ายผลิตดียิ่งขึ้นและสามารถทำการผลิตตัวต้นแบบได้ด้วยตัวเอง

• Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive action when the shop floor gets a corrective action report from a third-party audit or internal audit. / ทวนสอบประสิทธิภาพของ การแก้ไขและปรับปรุง เมื่อพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานได้รับรายงานความไม่สอดคล้องกับระบบการทำงานมาตราฐานความปลอดภัยและชีวอนามัย หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO จากหน่วยงานภายนอก และหน่วยงานภายใน

Team management

• Lead team members to action when department goals and individual goals are not achieved on the target. / บริหาร ชี้แนะสมาชิกในทีม เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขเมื่อพบว่าเป้าหมายแผนกหรือเป้าหมายการทำงานส่วนตัว ไม่ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

• Lead team members to deliver new product master to the right quality and the right time. / นำสมาชิกในทีมส่งมอบตัวต้นแบบใหม่ให้ถูกต้องตามคุณภาพและทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด

• Lead team members to support company, and cross functional project team. / นำสมาชิกในทีมให้การสนับสนุน กลยุทธขององค์กร, แผนก หรือ โครงการต่างๆของแผนกอื่น

• Develop team member skills follow a career development plan. / พัฒนาทักษะและความสามารถของสมาชิกในทีม โดยทำตามแผนการพัฒนาความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพของพนักงาน

• Lead team members to action or improve team performance. / นำสมาชิกในทีม ดำเนินการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของทีมงาน (Focus on quality, on time delivery and cost.)

• Coach team to pull their performance highly and make them thrive. / โค้ชสมาชิกในทีม เพื่อดึงศักยภาพของพวกเขาให้สูงขึ้น และสามารถเติบโตในการทำงานของพวกเขาได้

 We love that you are…

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a PM improvement or Lean/Six Sigma role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Strong understanding of production management principles, tools, and methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive decision-making

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to stakeholders

• Proven track record of leading successful PM improvement projects and delivering measurable business impact

• Proficient in the use of PM software, data analysis tools, and process improvement technologies
