Supervisor, Production Academy Trainer
KEY OBJECTIVE:
· Design and develop the learning & development programs of finishing skills for Pandora Production Academy
· Identify and certify Master Trainers from the production team across different skillsets
· Ensure skills matrix and training materials are up-to-date
KEY DUTIES:
· Facilitate and to be internal trainer for Jewellery skills for production focused on Finishing Process for craftsman and being a Subject Matter Expert to share on FN skills and tehcnique for PPT at all level.
· Design and develop the learning and training curriculums (all materials of theory and practice), including validation of contents, assessment to enhance knowledge/skills of the employee.
· Create and update training materials or paraphernalia
· Collaborate with productions on the monitor and follow up on individual performance of trainees who pass training programs on their skill improvement.
· Review and update curriculums and content of FN skill training for further development and improvement of curriculums and programs.
· Work closely with key stakeholders to analyze training needs to further design a curriculum to meet business needs.
· Be SME to share knowledge and know-how on Pandora Jewellery production skills to employees of all levels.
· Collaborate with the expert team and Production Development team to identify the update skill and correct new product skills to improve and develop the curriculum and assessment.
· Work closely with production academy operations team to maintain and continuously update skills matrix and craftspeople certification
· Drive Production Academy projects and support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Centre and learning intervention activities.
· Continuously improve production academy skills matrix, training materials, and find ways to drive efficiency within Production Academy, overall Talent and HR & Communications function.
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Jewellery manufacturing
· Hand on experience in trainer or facilitator in Jewellery manufacturing
· 5-8 years experience in technical training and development.
· Experience in skills matrix management; and Skills certification process
· Understand learning & developing methodology and model
· Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
· Is self-motivated and hungry for development & growth
· Agile and able to adapt to fast changing skills demands
· Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders
· You must have the mindset to grow and move to other roles within the organization
