Specialist, Learning Design & LMS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online Instructional design
• Partner with subject matter experts and learning partner team in identifying & aligning digital learning needs.
• Perform and conduct analysis together with stakeholder subject matter experts on the desire learning outcome
• Design courses structure for online learning while still adhering to business goals.
• Visualize and develop instructional graphics, online learning activities, create storyboard and learner interface.
• Design engaging and meaningful learning experiences through a variety of instructional materials for traditional instructor-led courses, online programs/web-based learningensuring that the content is accessible to all learners.
• Curate effective online learning content relevant and accurate to meet the learning objectives and target audience
• Continuously review & evaluate the the curated / created learning materials based on learner feedback for improvement
• Continuously improve created / curated learning content
• Upload and update training materials and ensure available on the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Prepare Communication messages to update with colleagues and key stakeholders.
Learning Management System
• Own the implementation and management of the LMS of C&S ensuring positive learner experiences
• Provide support to users, troubleshoot issue and address technical concerns related to LMS
• Own the governance of LMS usage and user access within C&S
• Generate and analyse reports to assess the effectiveness of learning materials and training program.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement
• Conduct training for internal admins, stakeholders and users on how to use digital platform appropriately and effectively
• Conduct annaul audit of uploaded learning materials in the LMS for C&S and give recommadation for action

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Pandora management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.
Educational background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Graphic Design/Instructional design
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in Digital Learning
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Learning Design
• Experience in managing and an admin of Learning Management System
• Experience in Business Storyboarding
• Design Thinking qualifications (preferred, but not required)
