1. Training Management

  • Plan and organize corporate training programs aligned with Crafting & Supply (C&S) business direction and capability needs

  • Manage end-to-end training logistics and implementation of internal and external courses

  • Develop, review, and update training materials to ensure learning effectiveness

  • Act as a content owner and maintain up-to-date training documentation across all training levels

  • Source and evaluate external vendors, training institutes, and partners to meet learning requirements

  • Coordinate with professors, vendors, and related stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery

  • Prepare training materials, participant documents, and learning resources

  • Monitor training effectiveness, summarize evaluation results, and conduct post-training follow-ups

  • Review course content and learning methodologies to ensure alignment with objectives

  • Prepare training expense documentation in accordance with Finance procedures

  • Deliver “Train the Trainer” programs and serve as an internal trainer for Crafting & Supply

2. Facilities & Training Operations

  • Ensure training rooms and facilities are fully prepared and operational

  • Maintain audio-visual equipment and training room tools

  • Manage training logistics, inspect venues, and resolve on-site issues during sessions

We love that you are...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development

  • Strong experience in training coordination and vendor management

  • Ability to design and develop training materials

  • Good facilitation and presentation skills

  • Good command of English (written and spoken)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
