Specialist, Leadership Development

Resposibilities:

Leadership development (60%)

  • Implement and expand leadership learning programs, activities based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Constantly monitor and evaluate on leadership programs to ensure satisfactory course functionalities and objectives are met.
  • Work closely with manager and stakeholders to customizes curriculum and develop training materials to ensure that organizational and stakeholder needs are met.
  • Organize leadership events and activities to encourage knowledge applying in work.
  • Assess on Leadership development feedback through surveys, interviews with employees, focus group, and/or consultation with managers and instructors.
  • Facilitate Learning and development (15%)
  • Establish and manage professional assessment and learning tools.
  • Facilitate, deliver training in some in-house programs in areas of leadership and people capability development.

Learning and Development Partner (15%)

  • Work collaboratively internally to support and suggest development for high effective development programs and continuous learning to support on the growth of the region.
  • Manage and implement existing and new project initiatives to leadership and Capability development and to support the overall business & HR strategies.

Others (10%)

  • Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Center and learning intervention activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Organizational Development and or Human Resources Developmentor related field
  • 5 years of direct experience in Learning and development, implementation, curriculum design and learning tools
  • 2 years experiences in Leadership or soft skills development
  • Familiar experiences with manufacturing environment
  • Self-motivated and hungry to work hard; willing to change
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization
  • Facilitating skills and ability to conduct learning or knowledge sharing sessions
  • Instructional design or development journey design based on 10:20:70 model
  • Proficient skill in Office 365
  • Confident in English and Thai written and spoken communication with the ability to present
  • Project Management and Analytical skill will advantage.
