- Support strategic goals for Alternatives Development, driving key milestone activities.
- Collect and verify requirements for alternative machine-making products to develop innovative mechanical solutions.
- Design and implement CAD-based mechanical systems, including Mold/Die and intelligent modules for alternative products (Plastics/Stamping).
- Manage cost estimation, BOM creation, and budget control for alternative product designs.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and collaborate with manufacturers to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Integrate automation and alternative techniques to enhance manufacturing effectiveness.
- Maintain and update CAD files and technical documentation for alternative products.
- Provide comprehensive handover packages (Drawings, troubleshooting guides, Operating manuals, Spare parts lists) to ensure seamless stakeholder transition.
We love that you are…
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical system design, CAD modeling, and manufacturing processes (preferably in Plastics/Stamping).
- Knowledge of automation integration, cost estimation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
