- Key objectives:
- Oversee Health & IH related-programs across PPT to ensure occupational health and safety of all employees align with Global C&S strategy and compliance with law and requirements
- Ensure that continuous improvement of Health & IH management system to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
Health & IH strategic direction
- Support Health & IH KPIs aligning with 5 years SHE strategy including 3 years SHE improvement plan in accordance with Global C&S strategy, and Together Towards Zero roadmap
Define Health & IH standards and manuals
- Develop Health & IH standards, policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and global strategy
Operate and execute
- Coordinate with Local Health & IH to ensure consistency of Health & IH policy implementation and adherence to roadmap
- Consultable for all Health & IH Local implementation tasks
- Monitor and control the annual Health & IH plan of all local site
- Monitor and continuous improvement of Health+ system to comply with applicable laws and regulations

- Provide and monitor effective occupational health, non-communicable diseases (NCDs) related to occupational health but not limited to ergonomics programs, medical examinations with record keeping and reported under PDPA as required for employees and service providers as requested
- Ensure compliance to Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene according to Local Laws and regulations across all sites
- Coordinate with Government agencies on legal reporting requirements, certification applications, Pandora site visit as required
- Achieve external Health & IH awards
- Responsible for preparing the TOR and standards for annual health check and Health Operation Services of all local site
Drive continuous improvements
- Ensure learnings from past implementations are incorporated into future programs and policies
- Coordinate with SHE Local on Health & IH improvement management program to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
- Develop Health & IH initiatives projects to reduce occupational health risks of all employees
- Monitor and analyze Health & IH KPIs and provide consultation to the lacal team for improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the area of Occupational health and safety, Occupational Nursing, Industrial Hygiene and Safety or related field
- At least 5 years of industry work experience primarily in occupational health, industrial hygiene and Safety roles is required.
- Knowledge and understanding to law about Occupational & health Management systems
- Knowledgeable in ISO 45001 and HSE management systems is highly preferred
