HRIS Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead and manage HR system project implementations, upgrades, and system integrations across global and local business units.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HR system and technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and HR teams to successfully deploy and implement the HR system, improving the employee experience.
  • Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives in HR technology.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Analyze and evaluate HR workflows, system configurations, and user experiences to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Optimize HRIS configurations to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user-friendliness.

HR Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver a Management Dashboard that offers monthly and year-to-date insights into demographic statistics and turnover, along with key takeaway.
  • Assist with ad-hoc employee data report requests to fulfil in response to business cases and support daily operations.

PDPA Compliance & HR Data Protection

  • Champion PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) compliance in HR operations, ensuring proper handling of employee data.
  • Work closely with Legal, IT, and HR teams to ensure HR systems comply with global and regional data protection laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for HR teams on data privacy best practices.
  • Monitor user access and implement appropriate user roles and permissions to minimize data security risks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR data-related audits, investigations, and risk assessments.

System Administration & User Support

  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert (SME), providing technical support and training to HR users.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration challenges with IT and vendors.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve employee experience and usability.
  • Maintain HR system security, compliance documentation, and user access controls.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor ‘s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS, business analysis, HR technology project management, and HR data compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, HRMS, or similar systems).
  • Expertise in HR processes and data integration with downstream systems (APIs, middleware, data mapping) and HR technology automation.
  • Strong understanding of PDPA/GDPR in HR data privacy regulations.
  • Experience with data analytics, HR reporting tools (Power BI, Visier, Excel),
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment with complex HR operations.
