Key objectives:

  • Manage implement to ISO 50001:2018 in Plant.
  • Design, develop and evaluate of energy-related projects or programs to reduce energy costs  and improve energy efficiency for the plant.
  • Oversee to Maintenance & Energy training, campaign,  activity and Communication to ensure achievement.
  • Act as a coordinator and support create reporting to achieve contest: Thailand Energy Award, Asian Energy Award etc.
  • Design, develop Preventive Maintenance, CMMS, BMS, CPMS and SCADA.
  • Define Improvement Maintenance Activities/Project (CAPEX/OPEX) in order to reach committed goal.

Key duties:

  • Ensure for site energy Metering device (BMS, CPMS, SCADA) have sufficient metering to determine site energy & water consumption.
  • Conducting energy audits to evaluate energy use and to identify conservation and cost reduction measures.
  • Making an annual energy efficiency report for the Plant as well as Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption.
  • Monitoring energy related design or construction issues, such as energy engineering, energy management, or sustainable design.
  • Inspecting or monitoring energy systems, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or daylighting systems to determine energy use or potential energy savings.
  • Advising colleagues on topics such as climate control systems, energy modeling, data logging, sustainable design, or energy auditing.
  • Execute capital projects, recommend resourcing (people, cost, timings) requirements to enable the delivery of the identified business goals.
  • Planning and maintaining utility system including initiating improvement plan for electrical system.
  • Creating the preventive maintenance master plan to avoid the breakdown.
  • Providing the maintenance procedures in accordance with ISO system.
  • Developing and implementing a maintenance program.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams for set up system, workflow design and improve working step to match between computerize system and physical movement.
  • Follow up with related party to ensure that the project can be launched in accordance with project timeline.
  • Operate the systematic feature and function to ensure that business requirements are aligned with computerize system set up.
  • Perform testing on designed system in order to see if it matched with business requirements.
  • Prepare training material and train to end user how to use the system.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Energy Management/ Engineering/ Science Mechanical, Electrical, environmental, or chemical engineer
  • At least 7 years experiencing in energy management or related field
  • Experience to ISO50001 Energy Management system as senior person responsible for energy (Senior PRE Factory License)
  • Knowledge of standard energy management systems (such as ISO 50001, carbon emission) and adhere to laws, project management, innovation & technology if plus AM, CM, PM shall advantage
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical system management and improvement
  • If Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification and been Energy audit experience shall advantage
  • Good Leadership in Energy and Environmental Certificate (LEED) or other green certificates
  • Experience in FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen (continuous improvement and problem-solving), process improvement and 5S techniques
  • Skill to prepare report, Presentation, Leadership, Project management, Energy audit, Energy management, PM, CM, CI,  Analysis problem solving, TPM
