Imagine being responsible for Prepare digital 3D models of Pandora products which will be rendered for marketing and product imagery. Communicate with Global Digital Content teams on requirements, deadlines, and special requests. Research and develop rendering standards to create product imagery used throughout marketing and other consumer-facing material for the world’s largest jewellery brand.   • Research new rendering and 3D modelling opportunities to improve product imagery.
  • Render product images and video animations to support business partners.
  • Proficient in using Cinema 4D to develop animations and conduct test renderings.
  • Create 3D Models of all products to support digital product rendering
  • Ensure 3D Model quality to accurately reflect the real products
  • Maintain and improve 3D Model Library storage
  • Maintain new product intellectual property control
  • Communication progress with CAD Manager
  • Communicate progress with I&PD / Global Digital Content Team to plan and manage end-to-end processes.
  • Coordinate with global teams and external rendering vendors based on their requirements
  • Oversee creation of digital 3D models, work with CAD team resources as necessary, feeding back and developing standards for creating models.
  • Confirm CAD capacity based on digital 3D model timeline
  • Maintain targets and time per CAD design to achieve 3D model delivery timeline 
  • Perform last minute capacity reallocations due to unforeseen delays / disruptions
  • Check and ensure digital 3D model quality and accuracy, working with CAD and Product Development teams closely to understand the product
  • Keep the 3D Model Library up to date with the latest product versions
  • Maintain and ensure new product intellectual property control
  • Input on and execute high-level targets and plans including time per 3D model creation
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and share best practices across all departments where relevant

  • Strong organization and communication.
  • Previous CAD experience and knowledge of the software is useful
  • Product Rendering experience, specifically in Jewellery or similar products
  • Digital animation knowledge is useful
  • Self-Managing
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interacting effectively with the organization
  • Demonstrate ability to make decisions, making the right trade-offs
  • Good Facing and help to find out solution for most complex team problems 
  • Effectively planned and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity

You will be part of a team of 28 people and report to Manager, CAD who also oversee 27.
