Specialist, Digital Learning

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES: 

•    Partner with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to review and recommend the appropriate multimedia to utilise for the elearning content.
•    Design and develop comprehensive learning multimedia and communication packages that align with instructional goals and audience needs
•    Transform the learning and assessment storyboard into an interactive/animated eLearning content
•    Drive employee’s awareness on self-development via digital channel and journey in order to build digital learning culture align with Crafting & Supply’s business requirements and future growth 
•    Manage digital channel for created/curated eLearning content
•    Ensure the course interface is learner-friendly and contains navigational element to create effective learner experiences
•    Proactively develop and update content, individually or in collaboration with Digital Learning, Learning Partner teams and subject matter experts
•    Support and administrate knowledge management system to function smoothly
•    Act as Learning Managament System subject matter expert and support for sub-admin
•    Provide digital solutions in cross-function projects, Leadership Programs, Pandora Production Academy

You are expected to participate in special projects as requested by Pandora management either as required by the business and/or as part or your career development plan.

Pivotal and professional qualifications:
•    4-6 years of experience in Digital Learning/eLearning with proven track record in corporate and manufacturing environments
•    Experience in Multimedia Learning Design
•    Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing adult learning programs in corporate/manufacturing settings
