Specialist, DFM Engineer (BB)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the production department and related departments for experimental work from the beginning of the process until the finished product is produced

• Control and monitor trial work to ensure that it is timely requirements and goals

• Prepare an testing report to analyze and propose solutions to problems and improve the production process

• Prepare a workshop and Handover to transfer technical knowledge to the team and the production department

• Responsible for alternative material development (Plastic, stamping, CNC parts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Production or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, production, process engineer position.

• Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management, change management, and advanced statistical techniques is a plus.

• Strong to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

• Experience in continuous improvement 

• Computer skills, Microsoft Office.

• Good of both written and spoken English.
