We love that you will…

  • ·        Analyze the Design for Manufacturability (DFM) phase prior to new product development to meet technical and business targets.
  • ·        Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve challenges related to new product introductions. 
  • ·        Serve as the primary contact between Lamphun, BB, AAA, and Vietnam sites for new product timelines and technical coordination. 
  • ·        Provide technical consultancy and conduct skill training to support the transition from design to mass production.
  • ·        Lead projects aimed at developing and improving products in collaboration with other departments. 
  • ·        Drive the alignment and implementation of alternative materials and components.
  • ·        Apply engineering knowledge and techniques to define and improve product standards.

 

We love that you are…

  • ·        Holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering.
  • ·        Experienced (1–2 years) in design, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
  • ·        Equipped with basic knowledge of metallurgy—a must for working with jewellery materials and processes.
  • ·        Skilled at reviewing and optimizing product designs for manufacturability.
  • ·        Proactive in identifying and resolving potential manufacturing issues early in the design process.
  • ·        Knowledgeable in materials, processes, and tolerance optimization to ensure manufacturable and cost-effective designs.
  • ·        Open-minded—receptive to feedback and adaptable to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • ·        An effective communicator—able to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams, while mentoring junior staff.
  • ·        Proficient in English—able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms.

You will be part of a Production Excellence team and report to Senior Manager, Product Engineer Product Master (AAA) who also oversees overall product master processing.
