Main Purpose of the Role

Support the Supervisor in driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the responsible area to ensure that products and projects are delivered on time, meeting the highest quality standards and at the lowest possible cost.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Ensure manufacturing processes such as Work Instructions (WI) and Routing align with the production plan and procedures to maintain high manufacturing standards.

  2. Prepare chemical solutions for use by titration, following standardized formulas or experimental procedures.

  3. Order and maintain stock and resources.

  4. Perform tests with analysts using X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Colorimeter, and support titration analysis.

  5. Maintain, calibrate, and clean laboratory equipment.

  6. Lead, monitor, and analyze data from laboratory testing to support production process control.

  7. Establish and implement standard testing procedures to support laboratory activities.

  8. Perform routine tasks accurately and in compliance with strict methodologies.

  9. Support data reporting and investigation on technological changes, assessing potential effects on supply and recommending solutions that maintain quality and service while optimizing costs.

  10. Execute assignments as directed by the Manager and Supervisor.

  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including labor law, Pandora Code of Conduct, Disney Code of Conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. Consult with the Human Resources Department when appropriate.

  12. Enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards in manufacturing at all times.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience:
    • 0–2 years of experience in a chemical laboratory, preferably in process-oriented operations or related industry.
    • Experience in manufacturing or process improvement is an advantage.
    • Experience working with jewelry manufacturing processes and principles is preferable.
