Responsibilities

  • Design and develop career framework to align with business strategic directions and career path based on organization design and operating model
  • Design, develop and implement career development roadmap for each business unit based on job family, competency and business requirements analysis.
  • Provide and support the implementation of career framework to ensure candidates are on plans align with career aspirations, ultimate potential, and readiness by ensure follow-up actions are taken to prepare successors and develop talent pipeline.
  • Execute development /OD tools such as change management, performance management, engagement surveys, career plaining, coaching and mentoring, etc. to support company's strategies and drive organization performance and growth
  • Integrate competency, career path, IDP and learning concept 70:20:10 to serve career-based development concept throughout the organization.
  • Establish an assessment center and provide advice to the talent and management regarding assessment result, organizational and leadership matters.
  • Support and implement development activities by partnership with stakeholder such as HRBP, Line function or Business leads to provide talent with the necessary visibility executive exposure to develop & execute strategic solution address talent pipeline or/and career path
  • Review, analyze and provide development data of progress and results to provide recommendations to build up talent capability and program optimization
  • Support in cross-function projects, Edutainment Center and learning intervention activities to engourage learning culture in organization


Qualifications;

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, or related field
  • Organizational Development and or Human Resources Development
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and organizational development. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent, succession management, career planning and performance management program
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Talent and succession planning concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in selecting an appropriate assessment tool.
  • Manage company-wide talent and succession planning activities
  • Provide guidance to leaders, employees, and HRBPs related to career paths, 
  • Career planning and development and succession planning
  • Good English communication and self-confident.
