Specialist, CI Engineer (BB)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and Execution project to deliver Plant/Company  KPI ( Productivity , Cost ,Quality, FROT , Lead time).
• Coordinate with key person of each section to participate and support project activities.
• Project management and budget control of each project.
• Interpersonal skill set to coordinate with many types of people to achieve target.
• Monitor and audits the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement necessary to maximize process capability.
• Work with vendors and internal resources to determine process and system improvement.
• Investigate, recommend and justify new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to meet competitive business needs and improve efficiencies.
• Support production in urgent case for an investigation/testing/finding solution per assigned.
• Supporting strategic project and be part of team for an improvement toward industrial 4.0.

Additional Requirement:

1. Take responsibility of and lead projects integrating the collection, analysis, and enhancement of data from industrial machinery.
2. Utilize modern technology such as advanced analytics, data collecting, QR codes, cobots, IIoT, etc.
3. Applying engineering principles and computer science understanding to help optimize processes and create more intelligent production systems.
