Specialist, Business Controller (BB)

Strategic Finance Business Partnering:• Collaborate with units for financial insights.• Support decision-making on CAPEX and operational changes.Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:• Maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.• Analyze performance for business initiatives.• Ensure timely input aligned with corporate goals.Performance Monitoring:• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.• Identify trends and risks for team discussion.• Support benchmarking for performance improvement.Financial Reporting and Communication:• Assist with reports and analysis for management.• Explain variances in results.• Ensure accuracy of accounting transactions.Process Optimization:• Identify process improvement opportunities.• Implement best practices for efficiency.Specialist/Supervisor Responsibilities:• Manage financial planning and analysis of COGS and CAPEX for Production and Support Cost Centers.• Monitor productivity and cost KPIs impacting financial assumptions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s in finance/accounting or engineeringAudit and/or consulting background will be an advantage3+ year experience in business controlling/costing area in manufacturing businessDetail-oriented and result-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Proactive and collaborative team player.Analytic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes for business challenges.Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and fast learner.Self-motivated to get the job done; willing to change.Curious and continuous improvement mindset.Strong communication skills; interact effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
