KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Leading and managing the benchmarking activities from E2E.
- Ensuring benchmark activities is under plan, keep update and highlight or escalate when it’s required.
- Define clearly the benchmarking purpose and deliverable.
- Work with stakeholder to define the testing plan (physical, chemical and compliance) including the quantity requirement.
- Generate the benchmark proposal, ensuring aligned with available budgets.
- Manage benchmark samples purchasing and logistic.
- Leading conversation and generate the insight, keynote, learning, and recommendation from benchmark activities.
- Ensure benchmarking insight had been communicated to key stakeholder and utilized/converted for any initiative and improvement.
- Working with cross functional team to gather necessary data and information.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to assess the competitive performance.
- Cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches and business intelligence tools.
- Transformation of raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations.
- Create reports and dashboards that contain useful, actionable information using easy-to-understand visualization for relevant decision-makers.
- Uncovering key insights that lead to better informed and successful decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Engineer or other relevant field or above
- A minimum of 5 years of working experiences
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in data analysis roles
- Experience working in global, international company with similar complex setup as Pandora
- Ability to lead cross functionally, persuade others, and influence the decision making process

- Strong creative and analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to analyze large datasets
- Ability to identify, analytical, options evaluation and driving the solutions
