Job Summary:

This role involves gathering, cleaning, and analyzing consumer quality data from various sources to develop dashboards and reports that track key metrics and trends. The insights derived from the data are used to improve product quality and customer satisfaction, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role includes exploring opportunities for leveraging consumer feedback through AI initiatives and managing projects to ensure timely and successful execution, coordinating with various teams to achieve project goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Data analysis
•    Gather, clean, and analyze consumer quality data and feedback from various sources.
•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends. 

•    Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for improving product quality and customer satisfaction.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
•    Identify areas for quality improvement based on data analysis and feedback.
•    Maintain detailed documentation of data analysis processes and findings.
•    Strive for a AI utilization
•    Explore opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for leveraging consumer feedback and quality-related data.
•    Serve as a project manager, collaborating closely with manufacturing technology teams to develop and maintain an AI-utilized platform.

Project Management
•    Manage projects and initiatives.
•    Ensure timely and successful execution of projects. •    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
•    Monitor project progress and report on milestones.

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong in English & Thai communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing projects and initiatives, with a focus on consumer quality.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
