Specialist, Benchmark & Data Analysis
Imagine being responsible analyzing data related to product quality, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and consumer feedback, providing comprehensive insightful and meaningful report to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, this role will perform comprehensive benchmark analysis, encompassing market research, competitor evaluations, and product comparisons, and deliver reports highlighting key insights relative to industry standards for the world’s largest jewellery brand. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Take ownership and serve as the primary point of contact for the consumer quality reports.
- Analyze data related to product quality, RMAs, and consumer feedback to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports with actionable recommendations to enhance product quality and consumer satisfaction.
- Ensure consumer quality reports timely deliver to relevant stakeholders across organization.
- Explore and establish new sources for consumer feedback databases and reporting systems
Benchmark Analysis:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product comparisons to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Benchmark the company's products against competitors to identify the opportunity and improvements.
- Supervise and monitor benchmark activities until the production of an insightful report.
- Provide insights to stakeholders based on benchmark data, supporting decision-making for innovation, product development and improvements.
- Monitor and control benchmark costs to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross functional team to integrate data insights into business strategies.
- Support stakeholders the quality data analysis, ensuring alignment with their objective and expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving data collection methods, reporting processes, and analysis techniques.
- Supporting data analysis and insights in discussions and initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing RMA.

- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Science or related fields.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and benchmark analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
- Project Management Degree or Certification is advantage.
- Experience working in global, international company with similar complex setup as Pandora.
- Critical thinking – curiosity and dare to asking the right questions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
