Specialist, Productivity Roadmap Coordinator

Key duties

- Drive Kaizen activity in PANDORA.

- Create system and structure Continues Improvement in Pandora.

- Coordinate and collaborate other departments to engage Kaizen program.

- Introduce new alternative process and driving implementation.

- Drive continueous improvement project to be across area within production, Support business decision making.

- Effectively analyse data and integrate learning with other plants of PANDORA.

- Provide actionable recommendations and business justification from the analysis to improve cost, productivity, efficiency, and reliability of production.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory.
