Job Description

Provide inputs to PEx strategic roadmap, KPI targets, and budget planning; translate company goals into tangible actions.

Source the new machine, new technologies, manufacturing methods and equipment to increase productivity.

Create and Execution project for support KPI company by Project management knowledge and budget control.

Coordinate with stakeholder to achieve project.

Ensure the data is collected in the effective manner and the fluctuation/ noise/ abnormal circumtstances on the shop floor are taken into considerations.

Effectively analyse data and integrate learning with other plants of PANDORA.

Provide actionable recommendations and business justification from the analysis to improve cost, productivity, efficiency, and reliability of production.

Leverage insights from data analysis to identify business opportunities and suppport decision making; share insights to relevant stakeholders.

Support the technical capabilities of the team; ensure the team keeps up with cutting edge data analytics and optimization technologies.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in the field of Industrial at the manufacturing factory.

At least 2 years of experience in project management or new product introduction.

Knowledge in lean and six sigma will be a plus.

Experience in the jewellery industry or automotive will be a plus.
